Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your initial appointment to complete registration paperwork and a medical questionnaire.

Please bring to your appointment:

  • Referral from your General Practitioner
  • Medicare card
  • Private health insurance details
  • TAC or Workcover details (including claim number and approval confirmation)
  • Health care card or DVA card
  • X-rays/Ultrasound/CT scan/MRI scan – hard copies/CDs/reports
  • List of your current medications & any relevant paperwork regarding medical history

What to expect:

  • We strive to see you on time at Melbourne Arm Clinic, however, occasionally medical emergencies or urgent surgery may cause unexpected delays to your consultation
  • All initial appointments are allocated 20 minutes
  • All review appointments are allocated 10 minutes
  • Nursing care from our experienced practice nurse
  • Dynamic testing facilities in our consultation rooms, including ultrasound scanning to access your injury/condition
  • All imaging that maybe required can be conveniently done on site
